In the other part of the Middle East, the more religiously inclined might say short blessings over you such as <\/span>\u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647<\/span> <\/span>\u064a\u062d\u0645\u064a\u0643<\/span> <\/span>\u0648\u062a\u0648\u0635\u064e\u0644<\/span> <\/span>\u0628\u0650\u0627\u0644\u0633\u0651\u064e\u0644\u0627\u0645\u064e\u0629 <\/span>\/<\/span>allaah yHmeek w tooSal bissalaamah<\/span>\/ \u201cMay God have mercy on you and may you arrive safely\u201d or \u201c<\/span>\u062d\u064e\u0641\u064a\u0638\u064e\u0643 \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647<\/span>\u201d \/<\/span>HafeeDHaak allaah<\/span>\/ meaning \u201cMay God keep you safe.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Finally, when you\u2019re deboarding an aircraft, the Arabic-speaking stewardess may say \u201c<\/span>\u0631\u0627\u0641\u064e\u0642\u064e\u062a\u0643<\/span>   <\/span>\u0627\u0644\u0633\u0651\u064e\u0644\u0627\u0645\u064e\u0629 <\/span>\/<\/span>raafaqatk issalaamah<\/span>\/. Used for \u201cGoodbye\u201d, it literally translates to \u201cMay safety accompany you\u201d and is generally only used when saying goodbye to a passenger of any vessel.<\/span><\/p>\n
