After all, my momma also said, \u201cYou can get a lot more flies with honey than you can with vinegar.\u201d With that in mind, please join us today as we take a look at how to make requests in Arabic using the word \u201cplease\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h-arabic-has-many-ways-to-say-please\">Arabic has Many Ways to Say Please<\/h2>\n<p>Perhaps you have already learn the most common way to say \u201cplease\u201d in Arabic &#8211;\u00a0 \u0645\u0650\u0646\u0652 \u0641\u064e\u0636\u0652\u0644\u0650\u0643\u064e\u00a0\/ <em>min fadlik. <\/em>Actually, you can use<em> min fadlek <\/em>to mean both \u201cexcuse me\u201d and \u201cplease\u201d and its literal translation means \u201cof\/from your favor\u201d. For example, you can say, \u201c\u0645\u0646 \u0641\u0636\u0644\u0643 \u0623\u0639\u0637\u0646\u064a \u0631\u0642\u0645 \u0647\u0627\u062a\u0641\u0643.\u201d \/ \u201c<em>min fadlik &#8216;aetini raqm hatifik.\u00a0 <\/em>This means both \u201cPlease give me your telephone number.\u201d or \u201cCould\/would you please give me your telephone number?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Another one of the Arabic phrases that can mean \u201cplease\u201d is \u0644\u064e\u0648\u0652 \u0633\u064e\u0645\u064e\u062d\u0652\u062a\u064e\u00a0\/ <em>low samat.\u00a0 <\/em>It means\u201cif you will allow\u201d. An example of this would be \u0644\u064e\u0648\u0652 \u0633\u064e\u0645\u064e\u062d\u0652\u062a\u064e \u060c \u0645\u0631\u0631 \u0627\u0644\u0632\u0628\u062f\u0629 \/ <em>low samat, marar alzubdatu<\/em>.
